1. Ownership and identification

The website www.blyssia.com (“Site”) and the Blyssia brand are owned by:

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Site and all commercial transactions carried out on it. By completing an order, the customer accepts these Terms, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to them by law.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Site. Blyssia sells cosmetics and personal care products, accessories, equipment and furniture. Vertente Zelosa, Lda. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; amendments are published on the Site at least 15 days before they take effect. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force at the time of their confirmation.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site include VAT at the applicable statutory rate and are expressed in euros (€). Prices are valid while published and are subject to stock availability. Vertente Zelosa, Lda. reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price in force at the time of order confirmation always applies. Online prices may differ from those in physical shops. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before checkout is completed.

4. Orders

An order is considered completed after payment confirmation. The customer receives a confirmation email containing the order summary. Vertente Zelosa, Lda. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, unavailability of stock, suspected fraud or failure to comply with these Terms.

5. Product availability

Order processing begins after payment confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed and may choose a replacement product, a shopping voucher or a full refund.

6. Payment

The payment methods indicated on the Site at checkout are accepted. All transactions are processed through secure payment providers. Vertente Zelosa, Lda. does not store complete payment card details.

7. Shipping and delivery times

Shipping conditions, costs and delivery times are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Estimated transport times are counted in working days from dispatch, in addition to the processing period stated in the Shipping Policy, without prejudice to agreed delivery times and the consumer's legal rights.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods. The conditions for exercising this right and the applicable exceptions (in particular, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal is removed after delivery) are detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Statutory guarantee of conformity

All products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021. For movable goods, the guarantee period is 3 (three) years from delivery. The consumer should report any lack of conformity within a reasonable period after discovering it. In the event of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to have conformity restored (repair or replacement), a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.

10. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to: (i) provide true, accurate and up-to-date information; (ii) keep their login credentials confidential; (iii) refrain from using the Site for unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent purposes; and (iv) use a genuine identity. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the account and/or orders.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content — including texts, images, logos, the “Blyssia” brand, graphics and software — is owned by Vertente Zelosa, Lda. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, transmission, distribution or use of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

12. Liability

Vertente Zelosa, Lda. makes its best efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site and is not responsible for typographical errors or technical interruptions beyond its control. Products comply with applicable Portuguese and European legislation. Liability is limited, in accordance with the law, to direct damages demonstrably resulting from a breach attributable to the company.

13. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The customer may submit complaints to support@blyssia.com or through the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution body. More information is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt and in the European Commission's directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies.

14. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence under consumer protection legislation, the parties may use the ADR mechanisms indicated in section 13.
